Notes:
Dale's shot at "Double-o-Duck" a la Launchpad. Actually quite
good -- just pales a bit in comparison to "o-o-Duck" largely because of
the absence of Terence Harrison's animation technique.
As with L, Dale most likely candidate to do a superspy gig -- he is
most apt to fall for movie-TV images only here he has the stuff of a real
hero when he uses the spy tank to thwart the spies. (Contrast the
phoniness of Gadget trying to play femme fatale -- it just isn't her!)
Human spy a parody in looks of Einstein, in voice of Bela Lugosi.
"Subsociety" -- here acquires a twist. The human spy has three
rodent spies as "helpairs."
Zipper as "karate sidekick".
Many stock agent themes parodied: secret hideout filled with gadgetry,
crazy secret weapon.
Chip "victimized" for once -- a la Clampett's treatment of Bugs Bunny
in some of his cartoons.
[Francis appears to be a long-lost twin of Rat Capone. -- MP]
