Notes:
Much more successful parody of the superhero bit than its cousin, "Superdoo!"
from "DuckTales." More in spirit of "Super Goof."
Like Doofus and unlike Goofy, Dale's ego grows till he dismisses his
pals as comic relief.
Seymour is "likeably slimy." Voice parody reminiscent of Howard
Cosell. He steals monuments but he also talks to hula girls on travel
posters, cheerfully bilks people out of their vacation $.
Statue of Liberty is NOT located on Ellis Island! That was the
immigration debarkation point. SOL is located on LIBERTY Island.
Dale gets his superhero "advice" from comic books.
["Lankersham and Cahuenga" reference used here again (once before in
"Wolf"). Since the meteorite split over the same city, it can be argued
that the Rangers live on the west coast, even though they (and Seymour)
chose the Statue of Liberty as their first destination when investigating
(or stealing) the monuments. -- MP]
